My name is Annalisa Caldon and I have been practising counselling and psychotherapy in London and Central Oxford since 1998. I am committed to working in a compassionate and non-judgemental environment.

I offer a confidential setting within which it is safe to share your unique life story, struggles and issues. The counselling is individually focused to enable you to explore your feelings and fears, as well as your hopes, aspirations and values.

I work with both individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

  • PTSD Counsellor and Somatic Trauma Work

I can also help you if you suffer from symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I work using the three stages of trauma recovery as depicted in Babette Rothschild's 'The Body Remembers'.

In addition to working with PTSD myself, I also organise and assist on Babette's 'Somatic Trauma Trainings' which she runs in London, training professionals to work with trauma and PTSD.

Babette Rothschild is one of the leading writers and trainers on working with Trauma and PTSD. Amongst her books are The Body Remembers; The Case Book and The Eight Keys series.

I am also currently undertaking the CSTD (Centre for Supervision and Team Development) training in Supervision in Bath. To this end I would be happy to see supervisees at the reduced fee of £45 during my training period.

    Where to find me . . .

My psychotherapy practice is based in a peaceful cul-de-sac off the Abingdon Rd, Oxford - with a bus stop at the end of the road and within easy reach of Central Oxford City Centre, Cowley Rd, Iffley Rd, Abingdon and the ring road. There is plenty of parking available nearby in the close.
